Accessing Company Settings

In order for admins of the enterprise to access their company settings, click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen and then click “Company Settings.”
 
From there, you can:
 
  • Change your Organization’s name
  • Check your next scheduled payment date and total and account balance
  • Update your credit card on file
  • Change your SendHub company plan
  • Access your invoice history



Organization Name

To change your Organization Name:
 
  • Navigate to company settings by clicking the gear icon and then clicking “Company Settings”
  • Replace the existing organization name with a new name, then click out of the field to make sure it automatically saves for you
     



Billing Info

Your next scheduled payment is included in this section within your "Company Settings." Also, if your account has a balance (or credit), it will be displayed in this same section. Admins of the enterprise can also update their credit card on file from here:
 
  • Navigate to company settings by clicking the gear icon and then clicking “Company Settings”
  • Click the “Update Credit Card” button, then fill in the new credit card information in the pop-up window that appears

 

 

 

Invoice History

To access your invoice history:
 
  • Navigate to company settings by clicking the gear icon and then clicking “Company Settings”
  • Below the “Billing Info” section, you will see the history of all of your invoices
  • In the "Invoice History" section click the "View" button for the invoice period that you would like to print/view
  • Once in the receipt, you will be able to print the receipt or go back to your account
     
Note: If you're having trouble viewing your invoices, please email billing@sendhub.com with your account information and your specific request, and our billing department will respond to your request. Keep in mind, invoices are processed manually by billing once a week.
