Your Account Settings

 

To access the personal account settings, navigate to “My Settings” by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner, then clicking on “My Settings” from the dropdown.

 

From here, you can:

 
  • Upload a profile picture
  • Change the name on your profile
  • Change your username
  • Change your password
  • Change your personal cell number
  • Check your plan
  • See your account usage
  • Upgrade your account
  • Chat with Sales
  • Edit Phone Settings
  • Edit Message Settings
  • Edit Email Settings for missed calls and voicemails
  • View your API Key
  • Delete your account if you are an admin

  •  


Profile

Picture

To upload or change a profile picture:

 
  • Navigate to “My Settings” by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner, then clicking on “My Settings” from the dropdown

  • Click the “Choose file” button under the profile picture area

  • Select a file from your desktop

  • Click “Upload Picture”

 

Name

To change the name associated with your account:

 
  • Navigate to “My Settings” by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner, then clicking on “My Settings” from the dropdown

  • Change the name next to “My Name”


Username

To update the personal mobile number attached to your account:

 
  • Navigate to “My Settings” by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner, then clicking on “My Settings” from the dropdown

  • Change the username next to "Username"

     

Personal Cell

To update the personal mobile number attached to your account:

 
  • Navigate to “My Settings” by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner, then clicking on “My Settings” from the dropdown

  • Click “Change Number”

  • Type your preferred mobile number into the field that appears. We will send a text message with a verification code to that number

  • Type in the verification code, then click “Verify”

 

Password

To change your password:

 
  • Navigate to “My Settings” by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner, then clicking on “My Settings” from the dropdown

  • Click the “Reset Password” button. We will send a text message with a reset code to your mobile number

  • Type the reset code and your desired new password into the empty fields

  • Click “Update Password”





Plan

Your plan name, month start date, and usage are included in this section.

To see your personal usage of minutes, messages, groups, and API requests for the current cycle:

 
  • Navigate to “My Settings” by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner, then clicking on “My Settings” from the dropdown​
  • Scroll down to the “Plan” section
     
 


Email Settings

 

To change the email associated with your account:

 

  • Navigate to “My Settings” by clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner, then clicking on “My Settings” from the dropdown
  • Click “Change Email”

  • Type your preferred email into the field that appears. We will send an email to the new email entered

  • Verify this new email through the link we sent you by email. You should receive this within a few moments. If you don't receive it, you may want to check your Junk/SPAM folder, or you may have to try another email address.


You can enable email notifications for missed calls and voicemails by checking the box next to “Enable Email Notifications.”
