1. How can I block the short code 66555?‚Äč

If you would like to block the SendHub short code, simply text STOP to 66555.

After receiving a message from the short code 66555 you will be sent the following message: 'To unsubscribe text "LAST". Text "ALL" to unsubscribe from all messages.

If you would only like to block the last person who sent you a message from the SendHub short code 66555, reply LAST. You will no longer receive messages from the last person who text you using the SendHub short code 66555.

If you would like to block all messages from the SendHub short code 66555, reply ALL. You will no longer receive messages from the SendHub short code 66555.


 


2. How can I unblock the short code 66555?  

Unfortunately this is not possible. You will have to text START to the SendHub number of the person that texted you from short code 66555. Once you unblock them, they will be able to send you messages again from short code 66555.

 



3. Does SendHub receive messages from short codes?

Your SendHub account cannot accept messages from other short codes.

Note: You will not be able to send messages to any other short code at this time.

Note 2: Short code messages from 66555 can only be sent to US numbers.


 


4. Why do short code and group messages need ''Text Stop to end”? 

TCPA regulations require that every message sent from shortcode or groups of 25 numbers and greater require an option to opt out. To learn more please refer to our terms of use.

Note: We also support the Spanish phrase “Text STOP para bloquear” for text to stop.
