How to find Settings

Find and press on the menu icon in the upper left corner. From their, press on the "Settings" button.
 

 


The settings section lets you manage various settings, view support information, and log out of the application.
 



To upgrade your plan press the “Upgrade Now” button. If you have any questions about our plans, you can always contact our sales team by phone (650)830-5667 or email.


 

Account Settings

 

To change your plan:

  • Click the “Upgrade Now” button

  • Alternatively, press the “Account Plan” field

  • Select your new plan
     

To change your account picture:

  • Press the cutout image next to the “Upgrade Now” button

  • Select an image either from your albums or by taking a picture
     

To change the name associated with your account:

  • Press the “Account Name” field

  • Enter the new name for your account

  • Press Ok
     

To change the cell phone number associated with your account:

  • Press the “Cell Number” field

  • Enter the new cell number

  • Press Send Code

  • Enter the verification code we just sent to this new cell number

  • Press Confirm
     

To change your password:

  • Press the “Change Password” field

  • Enter the verification code we just sent to the cell number associated with your account

  • Enter your new password

  • Press Submit


     

Message Settings

In message settings you can change various settings related to messages.
 

  


To add a signature to your messages:
  • Press the “Signature” field

  • Enter your signature

  • Press Ok
     

  


To add an auto response that will reply to incoming messages:
  • Press the “Auto Response” field

  • Set the toggle to “ON”

  • Enter the auto response message

  • Press the “OK” button

 

Note: The auto response message will only be sent once per day, not every time a message is sent from the sender
 

  


To disable incoming messages:
  • Set the “Incoming Messages” field toggle to “OFF”



To forward incoming messages to another cell phone number:
  • Press the “Forward Incoming Messages” field

  • You can select an existing phone number to have your messages forwarded
     

 
  • You can also press the “ADD NEW NUMBER” button to add a new number
     


     

  • Enter the number you would like to be added and how you would like to verify it (Text Message or Phone Call)

  • Once you receive the text message or phone call, enter the verification code

  • Select the number you just added



To hide link in bulk messages:

Messages that are sent to 25 or more contacts will contain a more link. To hide the link:

  • Press the “Hide Link in Bulk Messages” field

  • Set the toggle to “ON”

  • Press the “OK” button


Note: The more link will always be added if you messages is longer than 160 characters.

 

To send messages via shortcode:

You can also enable shortcode messages if you created your SendHub account before September 15th, 2014. This allows you to send shortcode messages from SendHub’s shortcode number 66555.

To enable this:

  • Press the “Send Messages Via Shortcode” field

  • Set the toggle to “ON”

  • Press the “OK” button


Note: If you created your SendHub account after September 15th, 2014 and you are interested on using SendHub's short code, please contact sales.

Calling Settings

In calling settings you can change various settings related to calling. 


 
To check your voicemail or change your voicemail greeting:
  • Press the “Voicemail” field
  • If this is the first time dialing your voicemail:
  • Set up your password
  • Record your greeting, and press any key at the end of the recording
  • Save, listen or re-record your greeting
  • If this is not the first time dialing your voicemail:
  • Press "1" to hear your new messages or press "5" for settings
  • If you pressed "5" then press "1" to record your new mailbox greeting, and press any key at the end of the recording
  • Save, listen or re-record your greeting
     

To enable voicemail transcription:
  • Set the toggle to “ON” in the “Voicemail Transcription” field
 

To enable web calls (VoIP):
  • Press the “Web Calls” field
  • Make sure the toggle is set to “ON”
  • Alternatively, you can set the toggle to “OFF” to disable web calls
     
Note: Web Calls OFF will use cell minutes for outgoing calls because it will start by calling your cell, then connecting your call. Calls will still appear to come from your SendHub number. Incoming calls will not ring on the web or mobile app because these will go straight to voicemail unless you forward incoming calls to another number.
 
 

To disable calls:

  • Set the toggle to “OFF” in the “Disable Calls” field

 

To send all calls to voicemail:

  • Set the toggle to “ON” in the “Send Calls to Voicemail” field

 

To enable call forwarding to other cell phone numbers:

  • Press the “Devices & Forwarding” field

  • You can select an existing phone number to have your calls forward to

     


     

  • You can also press the “ADD NEW NUMBER” button to add a new number
     


     

  • Enter the number you would like to add and select how you would like to verify it (Text Message or Phone Call)

  • Once you receive the text message or phone call, enter the verification code

  • Select the number you just added from the list

Logout

To logout of the app:

  • Access settings

  • Press the “Logout” field
