Inbox threads

SendHub's inbox groups all of the calls, messages, and voicemails from an individual contact or group into threads.

Threads collect the history of communication with a contact or Group in a single place. To open a thread, go to your Inbox and click on the latest message in the thread . This will take you to a timeline-style view of your communications with that contact, including the calls you've placed, calls and voicemails you've received, and text messages you've exchanged.

Threads with unread items (like new text messages, voice messages, or missed calls) will be light colored and have a green line. Threads you've already viewed will be slightly greyed out.

You can also filter your Inbox to show only unread threads, read threads, "starred" messages, or scheduled messages by clicking the down-arrow next to the Messages title and selecting the option you want from the drop-down menu.
