1. Where can I download the app?

You can get the app from the Apple app store here.

2. Will my iPhone contacts display in SendHub?

Yes, if you choose to allow your contacts to, they will automatically import to your SendHub account. To disable contacts from being automatically, go to your iPhone Settings > Privacy > Contacts > SendHub (turn it off)

3. What if I'm having trouble logging into the app?

5. Can I use my Bluetooth headset with the SendHub app?

Absolutely! You can use headphones or a Bluetooth headset to talk and listen on voice calls. The only limitations are that you won't be able to "click to answer" or "click to call" using the device buttons.

I think I might be having issues with inbound calls, why can't I see notifications when someone calls me?

If you are on a reliable connection and feel you are not seeing the incoming call but noticing missed calls and voicemails, it's possible your app may have temporarily lost a connection to SendHub. Some ways to troubleshoot this are:

- Terminate the app and reopen it
- Log out and log back into the app
- Uninstall and reinstall the app

7. I'm having trouble with the audio, why can't people hear me?

Have you checked to make sure you're allowing microphone permissions to the SendHub app? To make sure you've done this, go to your iPhone Settings > Privacy > Microphone > make sure SendHub is enabled.
