SendHub Analytics

SendHub's analytics offer basic data about individual or company-wide usage:
 
  • Text message analytics that show you how many texts have been sent and how many have been received over time
  • Call analytics that show you how many calls have been made and how many calls have been received over time
  • Voice minutes that shows you how many minutes have been spent on the phone on both incoming and outgoing calls.
 
To access analytics for an individual user, navigate to "Manage Users" from the menu on the left side of the screen. Then find and click on the user whose usage you want to see.

To access your company's analytics, navigate to the "Company Usage" tab on the left side of the screen.
