To do so, click "Sign in" from the main app screen
Select one of the options at the bottom of the screen.
If you select Forgot Password, you'll be asked to enter your SendHub Username, which will send you a password reset code to your email or cell phone. Once you verify the password reset code, you'll be able to reset your password.
If you select Forgot Username, you'll be asked for either your personal cell phone, or email address, which will then send you a message including the username associated with the account.
